FORMAT
there is always some element of experiential work and dialogue in the training
video and power point are often used, but not necessary
TIME
most training is at least an hour and a half, but can range from an hour to multiple day long (for example domestic violence training is often 15 hours long in order to meet California prelicensure requirements)
3-6 hour long training sessions are good for organizations or schools looking to develop or refine skills
SIZE
talks have been anywhere in size from 8-10 to 200 depending on need and venue
